Twin Peaks has unveiled a major menu overhaul. The sports-centric chain announced new shareables, lunch items under ten dollars, and entrees on Tuesday, alongside a nationwide return to printed paper menus.

The changes follow the brand's emergence from bankruptcy roughly three months ago. New, franchisee-backed owners are now steering the 115-unit chain. This menu rollout, timed ahead of key sporting seasons, is described by the company as one of its most significant in years.

New shareables and lunch deals

A core focus is on expanded shareable plates and value-driven lunch offerings. The Peaks Sampler appetizer has doubled in size, now featuring six different items. A new lunch menu introduces four options priced below ten dollars.

Concept chef Christian Stewart developed the menu. He focused on new ingredients and combinations, such as Tajín and chimichurri. "We wanted this menu to feel unmistakably Twin Peaks but give guests flavors and combinations they haven't necessarily experienced from us before," Stewart said.

The return of the physical menu

A key operational shift accompanies the food launch. Twin Peaks is bringing back physical, printed menus nationwide. Many locations had shifted to QR codes during the pandemic. The company stated the reversal is due to customer feedback. It believes printed menus will better shows the new items.

The redesigned menus featuring all the new offerings are now rolling out to every Twin Peaks restaurant.
