7-Eleven has launched new value menus at its Laredo Taco Company, Raise the Roost, and Speedy Cafe brands, featuring sub-$3 and sub-$4 meal options. The menus, which began on September 28, 2026, are designed to attract price-sensitive customers with affordable choices across breakfast and lunch.

William Armstrong, Senior Vice President of Restaurant Operations and Innovation at 7-Eleven, stated that the value menus help make customers' lives easier by bringing together hot, craveable favorites at great value. The strategy targets last-minute meal decisions throughout the day. The company is leveraging its massive store footprint to position its convenience restaurants as direct competitors to traditional quick-service chains.

Menu details and pricing structure

The value menus include breakfast and lunch favorites priced under $3 and $4, with specific combo deals reaching up to $7.

At Raise the Roost, the Raise Your Cravings Menu offers items for $4 and under. These include chicken biscuits, sausage and cheese muffins, crispy wraps, and four-piece nuggets.

Speedy Café's Speedy Deals Menu features items under $3, such as crispy wraps and grilled wraps. Breakfast items like a bacon, egg and cheese croissant or a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit are available for less than $4.

Laredo Taco Company's value menu includes individual items like fresh-fried diced potatoes, quesadillas, and breakfast tacos for under $3. Its Más Value Menu introduces bundled meals.

The $5 breakfast pairs a small coffee with two breakfast tacos in varieties like chorizo and egg, potato and egg, or bean and cheese. These sub-$3 entry points aim to build traffic and trial among budget-conscious diners.

Strategic timing and availability

The value menus are available from September 28, 2026, through January 5, 2027. At participating locations, some offers are valid through October 27.

The meals are offered through the three restaurant brands: Laredo Taco Company, Raise the Roost Chicken and Biscuits, and Speedy Cafe. 7-Eleven, known for its Slurpee, Big Bite, and Big Gulp brands, is based in Irving, Texas.

Industry positioning and scale

7-Eleven operates, franchises and licenses more than 12,000 stores in the U.S. And Canada, a footprint that includes the Speedway and Stripes banners alongside its restaurant brands. It is ranked number one on a 2026 industry ranking of U.S. Convenience store chains by store count.

This move shows a broader trend where convenience stores are increasingly competing with quick-service restaurants on value. Major retailers like 7-Eleven are incorporating meal deals into their foodservice strategy to capture breakfast and lunch dollars. Combo bundling with branded beverages like the Big Gulp also helps increase basket value.

The value menus remain available through January 5, 2027, at participating locations.
