PAR Technology Corporation has launched Guest360, a new product designed to help restaurant brands understand and grow their entire guest base. The platform, which is already live with select customers, aims to unify data from both loyalty members and the majority of transactions that occur outside such programs.

Built to work alongside the existing PAR Punchh loyalty platform, Guest360 recognizes guests from their first transaction. It connects their activity across various channels to create unified profiles. This integration is intended to enable more powerful guest engagement and personalized experiences for restaurant brands. The full rollout to all Punchh customers is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2026.

The Data Gap in Restaurant Guest Recognition

PAR's existing Punchh platform helps over 200 enterprise brands manage loyalty members. However, the company notes that most restaurant transactions happen outside formal loyalty programs. These transactions occur across point-of-sale systems, kiosks, drive-thrus, pay-at-table devices, and delivery apps. This often leaves brands with guest activity data that is anonymous, duplicated, or completely disconnected.

Guest360 is designed to close this gap. Savneet Singh, CEO of PAR Technology, explained the rationale. "Most restaurants know their loyalty members well, but that’s only a fraction of their guests," he said. The new platform acts as a customer data platform natively integrated into the PAR Punchh suite to unify every guest interaction into a single profile.

How Guest360 Functions for Restaurants

At the core of the system is a technology called Profile Stitching. This consolidates a guest's activity-whether at the drive-thru, on a kiosk, or through a mobile app-into a single, lasting profile instead of fragmented records. This unified view also powers a feature called PAR Intelligence, which recommends marketing audiences or campaigns based on the data surfaced by Guest360.

The platform was developed with input from Punchh customers and a product advisory group. Their feedback specifically shaped how the product recognizes, segments, and activates guests for multi-unit restaurant operations.

Key Features and Direct Activation

Because Guest360 is connected directly to Punchh, the audiences it identifies can be activated without exporting data to another marketing platform. Restaurants can automatically trigger personalized offers, win-back campaigns, and loyalty enrollment drives based on real-time guest behavior. They can then directly link the resulting visits and spending back to point-of-sale revenue.

Availability and Industry Demonstration

PAR Technology states that Guest360 works with the data brands already have within their systems. Singh emphasized the proprietary nature of the insights, suggesting the understanding compounds over time "into something no generic AI tool can replicate."

The company will demonstrate Guest360 at the FS/TEC event in booth #311 from September 23 to 25, 2026. Attendees can receive an in-person demo of the new platform alongside previews of PAR Intelligence and other products.
